Yes, every investor will receive shares in Genie Dating App Ltd, the legal entity of Genie Connections. As a shareholder you will have partial ownership of our company and stands to profit on an Exit Event (i.e. IPO, merger or sale) should we continue to perform well and increase in value. The opposite is also true, so if the company fails investors can lose some, or all, of their investment. The number of shares you receive will be proportionate to the amount that you invest. The final number of shares issued will be dependent upon the final number of investors and amount of money raised.
