Apple may need to brace themselves for a lawsuit stemming from the pursuit of errant, released the iPhone in August in San Francisco.

"The talks have ended and we move forward," said Monroe. The next step will be to draft a complaint files in a few weeks ahead, he said, although he declined to say what the charges will increase the lawsuit.

"The problem here is that the police failed to disclose to my clients that Apple employees are looking for a home," Monroe called Apple's actions and split's "outrageous."

Apple did not immediately respond to requests for comments this afternoon.
